PLANNING THE TRIP

When you plan for the trip the first step is to prepare a pre-plan checklist. This list may consist of your budget, destination and type of accommodation, duration, purpose, special activities, medication and travel agent contact information. Before the trip to be organized it should be properly prepared. Depending on the budget or fund decide on the place (destination) and duration of the trip. You should know the basics of the place through guide books or maps, the weather prevailing and the things required for the trip. For the trip the basic necessity is the mode of travel. Air ticket or train ticket should be taken care of and bought well in advance. Carry your passport, driving license, medical prescription (if any) and first aid box. Collect as much info as necessary about the local transportation in the destination. Have a good amount of local currency in hand and a reasonable amount in your bank account. Primary things like dresses, jerkins sleepers etc are to be taken. If you carry laptops, digital camera, handy cam make sure you carry enough batteries, chargers and other necessary things. Avoid packing unnecessary things and have enough space to pack the souvenirs purchased during the trip.
